| The 300 SW 6th Ave building is under complete remodel and an adjacent building on Stark between 5th and 6th has been demolished. In it's place will be the Courtyard Marriott Portland City. To facilitate construction, the sidewalks and parking are closed all hours on Stark and on Oak; the east sidewalk on 5th is partially closed but through pedestrian access is maintained. The south side lane on Oak is closed intermittently. |
